what's the difference among Heavy Metal, rock and punk?

David:
Heavy metal is sort of really heavy rhyems and sometimes screaming music,
and rock is like audioslave stuff with a melody and rhytem and punk is sort of like Blink 182.
I will send you a Heavy metal, rock and punk song in a minute and you should be able to see the difference
