之前英簽規定的財力證明
在6/1後,錢要放在戶頭滿28天才能去開財力證明單
不過後來改變政策
"關於財力存放28天的限制，目前過渡期將延長至2009年9月30日。所以如您在9月30日之前尚未存滿28天但持有規定金額在您本人戶頭，您可持銀行開立的英文財力證明前來申請簽證。"

Proof of availability of finances - transitional arrangements

Changes from 1 June
There are transitional arrangements in place that allow applicants to show they have the money needed to meet the maintenance requirements of tier 4, on the day that they apply, rather than for a period of 28 days prior to their application.

These transitional arrangements have been extended and will remain available to applicants until 30 September 2009.

總之看到這個新規定後
鬆了一口氣
或許是他們考量到一些比較晚申請學校的學生
所以存滿28天的政策才會延到9/30
於是獲知此消息後
我就去辦了財力證明XD
還順便去還書又續借
然後也去買了幾個bra
一回家就趕快手洗
